So far so good., September 25, 2011 This review is from: Graco Alano Travel System - Erin (Baby Product) I love the stroller. I also own the Erin Pack n Play so I am very happy with these coordinating items. My only issue is with the car seat. The built on sun shade just doesn't work very well. It is very awkward and hard to position.
Buying a new car seat, June 24, 2012 By This review is from: Graco Alano Travel System - Erin (Baby Product) We received this as a gift for our first child, and after using it for 7 weeks, I am looking into buying a new car seat.
Pros: The set is very cute, the car seat is fairly easy to disassemble for more thorough cleaning, and it wipes clean easily for small messes.
Cons: The stroller is not very easy to set up and collapse. There is a twisting mechanism on the handle that has to be engaged the whole time the stroller is being collapsed or opened, and it is just sort of awkward. I have pinched my hands on the twisting mechanism several times already. As for the car seat, it is a pain to get my daughter in and out of it. The straps adjust on the back, which is inconvenient and awkward. Also, the straps manage to tighten and loosen from use to use-one time we will put the baby in and the straps are really loose, the next time it is too tight to even get it buckled (this doesn't leave me feeling confident with its safety). Adorable!, July 26, 2011 This review is from: Graco Alano Travel System - Erin (Baby Product) This just arrived on our doorstep today as a gift for our daughter who is due in 2 months. The review is a little early, but I am in love already. It took about 10 minutes, if that to assemble, out of the box. The travel system element is so easy, and everything is so lightweight.
The fabric isn't done justice in the pictures, it's so soft and cushy. I can't wait til she's here to start using it.
