Wonderful idea, needs some tweaking, February 25, 2012 By This review is from: Graco Quattro Tour Reverse Travel System with Snugride30, Pictor (Baby Product) I love my Graco Quattro stroller. No matter how many fancier strollers I own, the Quattro is staying until all the kids have outgrown it. It holds a lot of stuff, folds easily, the child is comfortable and fits well into the preschool years, it pushes and steers well, and it can take a serious beating. I also love reversible strollers for a small baby. This stroller seems like the best of both worlds - the durability and hauling capacity of the Quattro with the option to face your baby without using a bucket. Super easy to fold, can fold it with the seat facing you which many flippable strollers don't allow. But there are two wrinkles...
1. You have to remove the child to flip the seat. Might result in melt downs. Strollers where the whole seat gets turned around tell you to remove the child first, but you can still do it with a small enough child in the seat. Some strollers require you to move the handle from back to front, rather than the seat - no need to remove... Read more
Held up to most expectations, May 30, 2012 This review is from: Graco Quattro Tour Reverse Travel System with Snugride30, Pictor (Baby Product) This appeared to be an ideal travel system for our baby, I tested it in store before purchasing and the steering was great in comparison to other flip/reverse strollers. It wasn't until our son was about 6 months that I noticed some of the downfalls...none-the-less, it's a good buy. Our son quickly moved to a convertible seat and reclining umbrella stroller due to his weight and height.
The pros:
For a travel system, it has amazing maneuverability.
It's really sturdy and breaks down easily with one hand.
The car seat seemed cozy enough, our son fell asleep in it almost every time he was in it...even before we'd leave the house.
Neutral color scheme is nice if you plan on using it for more than one child.
The cons:
The reverse facing position doesn't recline and is no good for smaller/younger babies.
It can be quite cumbersome and the stroller itself took up nearly my entire trunk of my... Read more
